We are currently seeking bartenders to join our team!If you would like to be a part of a growing restaurant group and work with some of the best hospitality and culinary professionals in the city, we would love to meet you! If you would like to be a part of a growing restaurant group and work with some of the best hospitality and culinary professionals in the city, we would love to meet you!Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Actively participates in all front of house training programs and consistently meets training expectations. Consistently provides guests with warm service Anticipates and accommodates guest needs throughout service. Establishes positive relationships with guests Sets up the bar according to layout standards. Assistsin preparing juices, garnishes and syrups needed at the bar. Stocksrefrigeration units with beer, wine, juice,andwater products. Presents andexplainsmenus to guests at the bar. Provides food and beverage recommendations to bar patrons. Correctly mixes and servesalcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for patrons at the bar and dining room. Maintains bar cleanliness and organization. Correctly followsall cash-handling protocols. Checks identification of all guests who appear under the age of 30. Monitors guest sobriety. Completes daily closing reports. Assists in counting china, glass, silver and linen. Conducts all required Opening, Side-Work, Hand-Over and Closing Duties as outlined by FabioTrabocchiRestaurants and management. Consistently maintainsGrooming Standards. Reviews, understands and communicates guest-preference data to appropriate persons. Maintains mastery-level knowledge of all food and beverage menu-items, ingredients and preparation processes. Consistently able to speak confidently about the menu and to offer well-informed guidance in the selection of menu items and beverages. Performs additional tasks at the direction of management.
